Enhanced 911
Our goal at ValoJen Systems is to provide you, our valued customer with a secure and dependable means of communicating when you are faced with an emergency.
Because your safety is very important to us, as part of the sign up procedure, you will be asked to provide us with your street address and the exact location where you will use your ValoJen Systems service. This information is necessary because ValoJen Systems 911 Dialing service functions differently than the traditional 911.
With this Enhanced 911 or E911 service, your telephone number along with the assigned address for your service is automatically provided to the emergency responders assigned to your location without you or the person placing the call from your telephone having the provide the emergency responder with this information. This allows the emergency responder to send help at your location or to call you back if necessary.
In the event that you move your ValoJen Systems service to another location, it is necessary to provide us with your new location immediately. If you neglect to register this new information, your 911 call would most likely be sent to an emergency service associated with your previous address or location. To register your new location, you may do so by logging into your ValoJen Systems online account or you may call us at any time to have one of our Customer Service Representatives do the update for you on our system.
It is important to also remember that your ValoJen Systems E911 emergency service will not function if you are experiencing High Speed Internet or power outage, or if your ValoJen Systems service has been terminated.
